The RIVCircular project envisages the creation of an innovation valley between the regions that make up the consortium, focused on the field of innovation in the circular economy. It has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon Europe research and innovation programme and has the partners and collaborators that can be consulted in the Consortium section of this website. FUNDACIÓN PARA EL CONOMICIMIENTO MADRI+D is in charge of the coordination and assumes responsibility for the processing of data necessary to carry out these functions in accordance with the information provided below.

Because the relationship established with the entities requesting their participation in the project determines the existence of a legitimate interest in maintaining fluid contact with the company or institution through its employees and to be able to verify the representative capacity of its representatives in legal transactions.

The processing refers to the name and surname, professional contact details, position, entity for which you work, and in case of representation, the ID card.
Who else has access to your data?
Your data will not be passed on to third parties, unless this is necessary in order to comply with a legal requirement.
How long will your data be kept?
For as long as the relationship with your company or institution is maintained, and in the case of legal documents for as long as they take effect or some kind of liability arises from them, being necessary for the exercise of rights or the defence of the Foundation against claims.
For what purpose?
To register your application for participation in the project and to verify the fulfilment of the necessary requirements for your selection and, on the basis of the evaluation carried out, to allow the project to benefit from the support foreseen in the programme.

With your consent implicit in your application to participate in the programme.

The processing concerns first and last name, gender, email, nationality, professional category, role in the project.

Applications are assessed by committees composed of experts in different areas related to the circular economy.

The result of the evaluations will be kept for as long as it can be audited by the funding bodies of the project.

Management of the database of subscribers who wish to receive our newsletter periodically and keep informed of the activities of the RIVCircular project.

Your data will be kept for the duration of the project and after the end of the project as long as the project activities can be audited by the funding agencies.
What is the purpose?
To assess your experience to become a member of an interregional panel so that you can collaborate as an advisor in some tasks of the RIV Circular project related to your experience and to send you information about the project.
Why can you do this?
With your consent that you provide when you apply to be part of the panel.
